Morcovi copti in lapte ,la cuptor.

Ingredients

600 g morcovi , 50 g margarina (sau unt) , 200 ml lapte , sare , piper , putina ceapa verde  si frunze de parunjel.

Directions

Morcovii se curata si se tau rondele.Se unge un vas termorezistent cu margarina.Rondelele de morcov se pun in vas ,iar margarina ramasa se se pune deasupra lor.

In lapte vom pune un farf de lingurita de sare ,putin piper, frunzele de patrunjel taiate marunt si ceapa verde taiata marunt , amestecam bine si  turnam laptele astfel pregatit peste morcovii din vasul termorezistent. Se acopera cu o folie de alumuniu si se da la cuptor , la foc mic, timp de aproximativ 40 de minute. Cand laptele a fost absorbit de tot si morcovii sunt putin crocanti, este gata de servit.

    Nu am mai pregatit morcovi in felul acesta dar am sa incerc reteta ta.
